“I attented a three-week seminar in Somerset, England,” she said, explaining a professor from George Washington offered the course.“I’m really hooked.”
Each piece is original, not shown at earlier shows. And while each piece is a reflection of the artist, none is more personal to the artist than another.
“They are all like something that’s a delightful surprise. There are no favorites.
“Any form of art is a form of communication. In order for it to be art there has to be a response. Part of the communication is getting whatever it is that the receiver gets from exposure to the art. In communication, I don’t want to preclude what the observer can conclude,” she said.
