Rappahannock Elementary PTO will be' selling refreshments. “We really hope parents will want to stay and enjoy it . with their kids,” said Mrs. Coon.
The foundation is an IRS charitable organization, and donations are tax de-. ductible.
“It’s an as-needed kind of spending,” said Mrs. Carney. ‘We especially want to hear from teachers, what kind of things they want to have. Well have to start to make choices eventually.”
In addition to the four-member executive board, the foundation also includes at-large members Paul Nichols, Jon Heddleston, Margaret Lee and Darrell Bare.
There is an open slot, so anyone interested in participating (or donating) should call Mrs. Carney at 987-8440.
