Convicted, burglar James P. “Dickie” Walters, 28, of the Flint Hill area, was still at large by presstime after escaping from the Rappahannock County Jail two weeks ago.
Walters scaled the jail’s 15foot fence after being sentenced to nine years in prison for county burglaries.
