Durand, if they be living, and any of said unknown heirs, devisees or successors in title if any such there be, and/or any unknown parties having an interest in the rands consisting of 8.0132 acres more particularly described in the pleadings heretofore filed in this cause whose names and addresses ure unknown and who are made parties defendant by their general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, and the said Lynn Parker, Virginia Parker, Ruth Wolston, Emma Lou Floyd, Mary Etta Griffin, Barbara McDade, Russell Long, Gertrude Long, Charles E. Long, Jr., Mrs. Morton Rader and Frances Mae Barnett, all of whom are non-residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, do appear on or before July 1, 1991, and do what is necessary to protect their interests herein.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia within ten days after the entry of this Order of Publication and that the Court post an attested copy of this Order at the front door of the Courthouse and that the Clerk further prepare a Corticate of said facts and file same in the papers of this cause.
