Bermuda onion dressing 1 small Bermuda onion, diced 1/2 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill 1 teaspoon honey 3/4 cup light vegetable oil Place the onion, garlic, mustard, lemon rind, pepper, lemon, juice, dill, and honey in a blender or food processor. Blend until pureed. Trickle in the oil slowly while blending, until the dressing is creamy and all the oil is used. Chill and serve. Yield: 1 cup.
