On April 10, Greg Flournoy won the 2007 War at the South Jersey Shore National Folk style Wrestling Championship in the 90 pound weight bracket. The tournament was held at Wildwood, N. J. Greg won the championship match 2-0. Greg’s opponent in this match had beaten Greg the prior weekend in the championship match of the Mid Atlantic Wrestling Association (MAWA) Regionals Tournament in Salisburg, MD.
On April 29, Greg won the 2007 MAWA Eastern Nationals Championship in Salisburg, MD. Greg’s first opponent had beaten Greg last year and had gone on to win Nationals. Greg won this match 6-2.
