the school grounds will be limited to specific areas. No animals are permitted on the school grounds. Because the committee was concerned about safety, roller blading and skating will not be permitted. All participants or their parents or legal guardians for children under 18 must be registered and have signed waivers. The waivers release the Relay’s organizers from claims arising from participation in the event and permit the use of names and photographs.

A good way to join in the fight against cancer is to join or sponsor a team or generously contribute to a team. It is not too late. Contributions made before 11 p.m. on the night of the Relay will be counted towards the competition for highest amounts raised by teams and individuals. However, funds submitted after the deadline will still count towards the Relay’s total.

For further information about being a team captain, serving on a team, sponsoring a team, or about the event, contact Bev Atkins at 6753843 or Ester Settle at 6356402 or join us at the Relay and make your contribution then.
