Finally, the Dream Fund was established by the Next Step Board to help RCHS graduates attain their dreams of higher education. Because Headwaters is committed to supporting these students in completing college, which can mean financial support beyond the freshman year, the challenge is to raise enough money to address the needs of each year’s graduates as well as graduates of up to three previous years. Dream Awards are funded by contributions of any amount made to the Dream Fund by individuals, foundations, and organizations. Many supporters choose to contribute in honor of a teacher, a relative, or another person who has made an extraordinary contribution to their fives or to the community.
