Culpeper Memorial Hospital and the Rappahannock - Rapidan Emergency Medical Services Council will sponsor an Emergency Medical Technician-Ambulance Training class at the hospital beginning September 27 and continuing until the end of January.
This cousse is being offered in an effort to assist rescue squads in Rappahannock, Culpeper, Orange and Madison counties in increasing their number of available crews and thereby improving response time to emergency calls.
Those interested in joining the rescue squad and in attending the class should call Faye Utz at Culpeper Memorial Hospital, 8252811, to register. The cost of the textbook will be approximately $20.
