NOTICE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Virginia Code Section 15.1-431 as amended, that the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors will hold public hearings on Monday, October 4,1982 at 10:00 o’clock A.M. In the Courthouse at Washington, Virginia to consider the following matters.
1. Ordinance extending Use-Value Taxation.
2. Ordinance establishing fee schedules pursuant to the State Building Code.
3. Resolution to rescind action taken on March 6, 1980 establishing a Building Inspection Department.
Copies of the proposed ordinances and resolution are on file with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County and persons affected by or interested in such ordinances and resolution may examine same between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Persons affected by or Interested In said ordinances and resolution may appear on October 4, 1982 at 10:00 o'clock a.m. In the Courthouse, Washington, Virginia to express their views. This notice is being published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in and having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock Virginia.
