Mrs. Dennis is a 1979 graduate of Rappahannock County High School and was formerly employed at Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal.
Mr. Dennis is a 1981 graduate of Clemson University in Clemson, S. C. with a bachelor of science degree in ceramic engineering. He is employed with the U.S. Dept, of Energy at the Savannah River Plant in Aiken, S.C.
Pre-nuptial entertainment included a rehearsal dinner in the banquet room of the Quality Inn, Front Royal, hosted by the bridegroom’s parents. The 3-11 shift of the nursing staff at Warren Memorial Hospital hosted a surprise bridal shower in the hospital cafeteria. Another bridal shower, which was held at the Chester Gap Fire Hall, was given by Mrs. Lucille West of Huntly, aunt of the bride; Ms. Vicki West, and Mrs. Deborah Cahill.
Out-of-town guests attending the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. William C. Dennis, Sr., Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Chapman, Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Roy Howell, Mrs. Juanita Scott, and Mr. and Mrs. Wade Gordy, all from Jackson, S. C. Also, Mike Blackwell and Miss Elizabeth Black from Greenville, S. C.

Mrs. Frances Reid of Culpeper visited with Mr. and Mrs. Murphy J. Reid for a week.
Captain John McKay and Joana spent a recent weekend in Edinburg attending a show of Mrs. McKay’s paintings.
Earl Jewelt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Jewell of Castleton is now attending James Madison College in Harrisonburg as a freshman.

Woman’s Club's new cookbook are due by October l.
Completed recipe forms can be turned in to any Woman’s Club member, mailed to Vicki C. Eastham, Red Hill Farm, Amissville, Va. 22002 or dropped off at the Beauty Box Hair Salon in Washington.
The cookbook is expected to be back from the printers by spring.
