The Carriage Association of America, Inc. in an agreement with trustees of the Westmoreland Davis Foundation, will establish a national headquarters at Morven Park, a move that eventually will make the estate near Leesburg a major center of coaching.
The 2,500-member Association initially will open an office to house its extensive library and to publish its quarterly magazine, The Carriage Journal. Association membership represents all parts of the United States and Canada.
