The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce a mensa et thoro from the defendant, PHYLLIS C. IRWIN, on the ground of willful desertion and abandonment without just cause, excuse or provocation from the 25th day of October, 1981 to the present time, with leave to merge same into a decree of divorce a vinculo matrimonii at the end of the statutory period.
An affidavit having been made and filed showing that the defendant in the aboveentitled cause is a nonresident of the State of Virginia, and that her name and last Known post-office address are as follows, to-wit:
