Mixed Pea Salad

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup French Dressing

1 can (2 cups) peas

1 cup sliced celery

1/2 cup diced American cheese

Salt, pepper to taste

Salad greens

Mix mayonnaise and French dressing. Add drained peas and chill for 2 hours, until flavors blend. Mix with celery and cheese. Season to taste. Serve On crisp greens. Makes six servings.
