Weston Lester Klise, Sr. and Geneva Cherry Klise.
Mr. Klise was a very active member of Washington Baptist Church serving as a Deacon and as member of the Buildings and Ground Committee. He was an avid golfer and worked at the South Wales Golf Course.
Mr. Klise worked in Civil Service at the Dam Neck Training Center in Virginia Beach for over 21 years. He was Director of Special Services.
He is survived by his wife, Betty C. Klise of Flint Hill; two sons, Guy Ross of Middleburg and John Klise of Nuuk, Greenland; four daughters, Sue Klise Roepker and Janis Klise, both of Spokane, Washington. Gale Cencarelli of Lynchburg and Carolyn Parker of Portsmouth; one sister, Jeannine Buchman of Ridgefield, Conn, and 10 grandchildren.
Also surviving is his mother-inlaw, Mrs. Linning Cummings of Flint Hill.
Active pallbearers were Jim Marangoni, Sam Snead, Rayner Snead, Kenneth Hix, Jack Preston, Bill Welch, Harold Putt and Bruce Green.
Tumer-Robertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal was in charge of the arrangements.
Mary Scheeler
Mary Catherine Wease Scheeler, 92, of Fort Hunt in Alexandria, died at the home of her daughter, Frances Pearre in Amissville on Friday, April 25.
She was the widow of Frank H. Scheeler.
She was a member of Jessica Callahan OES #52.
In addition to her daughter, she is survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by a sister, Gladys Alcorn of Piney Point, Md. and a brother, Carl F. Wease, Sr. of Arlington.

Funeral services were held on Monday, April 28.
Interment was in Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington.
Silas Settle
Silas William Settle, 71, of Culpeper, died on Sunday, April 27 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Settle was bom April 9, 1926; in Rappahannock County, to the late William Grover and Vannie Blanche Fox Settle.
He was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from Rochester Rope after 30 years of service.
He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and AARP.
Mr. Settle is survived by his wife of 48 years, Clara McFarland Settle, and two sons, Silas William Settle Jr. and his wife, Sandra Boldridge and Paul Melvin Settle, all of Culpeper.
