The Rappahannock County High School varsity soccer team was once again victorious in their second meeting with Quantico on April 15. The Panthers won the game 4-1. Rapp’s goals were scored by Brian Dove (1), Jonathan Heddleston (2) and Mike Letsen (1).
The Panthers suffered their first loss on April 22 in their match against Central.
Central got an early goal off a penalty kick, followed shortly by a second goal, leaving the score 2-0 at the half.
RAA Auction
Being Planned
Rappahannock Athletic Association and the Ruritans will have a joint Auction on May 17 at 3 p.m. A silent auction will begin at 10 a.m. and end at 2 p.m. Please support this activity by donating items to the RAA. You can drop off items for auction on Saturdays from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the Ruritan Building at Stuarts Field. Proceeds from the Auctions will be used for new equipment: (bats, helmets, etc., and additional pitching machines”).
