There are few undeveloped

lots within the

Town boundaries, therefore I do not anticipate a large amount of growth. The County’s plan for growth occurring in and around the village centers seems logical, this being the County seat.

Question #2

Speaking to the budget,

our expenditures on debt

for water system upgrades in the early 90’s, support of the Fire Department, our 200,000 gallon reservoir replacement, the possible purchase of Avon Hall, and a wastewater solution are the priorities—and there wall not be extra dollars after paying for them.

Question #3

We have an existing

wastewater problem

in the Town, and the Avon Hall solution will be subject to a public hearing process—we will hear the pros and cons then. I do think Avon Hall is a viable solution to our wastewater problem.
