In the lead photo of the week, a car wash was held last Saturday in Flint Hill to benefit the Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Department. Among those helping out were Pat Lawler, Doug McCabe, Jeremy Crutchfield and Sally Lawler.
A week of rains led to widespread flooding in Rappahannock Tuesday night, closing several roads, downing trees and leaving vehicles stranded. Thee were no reports of injuries.
