The availability of the
Avon Hall property has
provided the Town a unique opportunity. We have a chance to preserve the historic Avon Hall structure and maintain the openness of the Town in a way that screens us from the bypass, while at the same time providing a wastewater system totally within the control of the Town and centralized to vastly simplify the cob lection system of pipes when compared to other plans that have been considered.

1am currently serving as a
member of the Town Council
and am running for Treasurer. My wife Teri and I moved to Washington four years ago from Alexandria, after visiting the county and falling in love with its beauty and serenity. We live at 28 Harris Hollow Road.
I feel that I am a strong candidate for Treasurer for two reasons. One. because I am currently serving the council seat vacated by Alice Butler
