Judge William H. Webster, former Director of the FBI and the CIA will speak at a fundraising breakfast in support of Scouting programs in the Shenandoah Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. The Council serves Rappahannock and eight other counties in Virginia and West Virginia.
The breakfast will be from 8 a.m. to about 9:15 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, at the Flint Hill Public House. Judge Webster, who has a weekend home in the county, was serving in his ninth year as director of the FBI
