Weekend celebration at Smokehouse
The Smokehouse Winery will host Morchella Mania, a weekend celebration of Morels (Merkels) and other fungi on Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28 from 12 to 5 p.m. Come learn about the treasured Morel mushroom and enjoy Morel and Wild Mushroom inspired foods, live music and much more.
Taste the meads: Berry Melomel (a fruited Mead with blackberries and wineberries), Traditional Mead (the sweetest mead made with sage honey) and Cyser (a mixture of dry mead and apple cider). A $12 fee includes tastings, glass of wine, gourmet goods, entertainment and souvenir wineglass.
