It has been a mystery to me
how our village could go
from an operating budget of $25,000 in the mid 80’s to the level it has reached today with very few noticeable improvements to the town. Funds should have been, and should be, prioritized over the years for solving our waste water problem.

I was in favor of the waste water treatment system as it was proposed two years ago; it was less expensive than Avon Hall and gave us more space for the system. The acquisition of Avon Hall by the government is important to the future of the Town of Washington.
