RCPS Band Rocks! The 2002 District Solo and Ensemble Contest results are in, and they are quite amazing! RCPS band students from grades 5-12 attended this competition on Saturday, April 13, and managed to impress the judges on every instrument and in every' category. Students are judged on a scale of 1-5 (1 being Superior and 2 being Excellent). All of our students scored either a one or a two! Every fifth grader received a score of 1!

Band Director Lynne Fournier deserves tremendous credit for providing the instruction, but also for arranging these incredible opportunities for our students!
