“(Our delegates) are working on getting us an appointment with the governor,” Monty Cross explained. “Because we’re not taking this to court (right now), I believe Gov. (Tim) Kaine is the final authority (on any action that may be taken against the DGEF). We will take the time necessaryto go through the proper channels (in order to speak with him).”
