Thomas Edward Baldwin, 86, of Washington, formerly of Culpeper, passed away peacefully in the loving company of his family July 16, at his residence in Washington.
He was bom November 1, 1919 in Culpeper, son of the late Marshall and Fannie Baldwin.
Mr. Baldwin was a long standing resident of Culpeper County. He held many upstanding professions in Culpeper and Luray including but not limited to, a dairy farmer, a certified welder, a leather tannery operator, a carpenter, a skilled woodworker, and manager of Lewis Mountain Lodge on Skyline Drive in the Shenandoah National Park. After retiring, Thomas and his wife, Bessie moved to Rappahannock County.
