Jim believes we should refocus America’s foreign and defense policies so they will truly protect our national interests. We should repair and restore the country’s infrastructure and develop better methods of assisting disaster-stricken areas.
We should also reinstate true fairness in American society including issues of race, class, and economic structure. And we should restore the Constitutional role of Congress as an equal partner, reining in the unbridled power of the Presidency. Jim Webb has impressive credentials, including his appeal to the millions of voters who may have voted Republican in the past, but are fed up with the fiascos and lies of the Bush administration.
We need people of character, vision, and leadership in Congress who can heal and restore the United States.
