The Sheriff’s office phoned
our home in the wee hours of Sunday morning — just hours after the stabbing Ira Wayne (Cloniger) is accused of committing. The Sheriff’s office was very thorough in advising us that a murder had taken place close to our home. They told us to lock our doors and be on the lookout for a white male wearing a white shirt and blue jeans and that he was likely armed and dangerous.They told us that helicopters and officers would be very evident in our area and asked if we could please call as many friends and neighbors to spread the word, which we did.
