No market is an island

In the more suburban areas of Northern Virginia, where houses are constructed in huge numbers very close together, last year’s market surge was felt keenly. The majority of real estate on the market in that area caters to buyers interested in living in sub-developments with easy access to Washington, D.C. and metropolitan conveniences like large shopping malls and public transportation. Generally the Rappahannock County real estate market is considered to be a separate entity.
