There was a baptism on Saturday, June 24, that included children from the age of seven to adults nearly 70. This was not just an ordinary day for the members of the Love and Faithfulness Church of Front Royal.
Evangelist David Clanagan, from Washington, assisted by Pastor Jim Williams of Chester Gap baptized 11 members of the congregation in the Rush River around the Rock Mills area. Eight of those members were family related. What a blessing!
Those baptized were: Doug Ricketts, Tammy Ricketts, Tamara Estes, Sheila Estes, Dale Burke, Charles Michael Burke, Tony Mills of Washington; Stacy Ricketts and Chelsie Skaggs of Stanley; and, Chad Theim and Tiffany Carter of Stevenson, VA.
