pan/s public relations person warned that Rappahannock County would have “the worst cell phone coverage in the county”. After the towers were built and camouflaged as silos, trees, and so forth some people mused, “Gee, if I had know they would have look liked that I would not have been opposed in the first place.”
I empathize with the aims of the activist and also want to keep developers out of Rappahannock County—if we never have a traffic light here I will be happy. But the lack of cell phone coverage is not just an inconvenience; it is a daneer.
