Times Community Newspapers, a major Northern Virginia publisher, is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated person who will provide positive company wide leadership of the growth and profitability of the company s Central Classified Advertising Department, including the categories of Employment, Real Estate and GeneralClassified sales. Responsibilities include hiring staff, overseeing training, managing a very efficient system for selling and billing, and coordinating classified operations.
Applicants must have 3-5 years of directly related work experience, proven leadership skills as well as personnel and process management experience. Applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and should possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of AdMax a plus.
