Responsible for supervision and management of program with $ 1M budget, 45 employees, and 10 centers within Madison, Page, Greene, Warren, Rappahannock, and Shenandoah Counties. Applicant must be an effective communicator with diverse populations & an experienced administrator with strong financial management skills. Must be able to write grants, develop budgets and ensure compliance with complex federal guidelines. High level of organizational and leadership skills a must. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in education, child development, human services or closely related field. Master's degree or equivalent preferred. Minimum three (3) years supervisory level experience required. Salary $40K plus competitive benefits. EOE
