Voter turnout tops 64 percent The weather Tuesday was cold and rainy, hut that didn’t keep Rappahannock County voters away from the polls. An impressive 3,372 of the county’s 5,261 registered voters cast ballots on Tuesday. That’s more than 64 percent, which is an improvement from the 2002 midterm election when less than 53 percent of the county’s registered voters cast ballots.
