The Rappahannock County Garden Club’s March meeting was held in the paneled ballroom of the Gordon family’s Windsor Lodge, now known as Briargate Farm Bed and Breakfast. The club expresses its appreciation to Mrs. Pat Ahern, the innkeeper, who made these facilities available and for her gracious hospitality.
Harriet Stokes and Dottie Hooff were awarded blue ribbons in design and horticulture respectively in the member exhibit titled “Blowing in the Wind.”
