Mr. Frizzell, who bought the restaurant from Mrs. Cebula last October, said he was a frequent customer before it closed. “Good, solid country cooking,” he called it. He said that he worked with Mrs. Cebula for some time learning the skills of preparing the jail food, and never heard a complaint.
