The Middle Street Gallery cooperative announced its slate of administrative officers for the coming year, headed by President Laurie Marshall. „ The members of the artists’ cooperative elected Tanya Richey as the organization’s vice-president, and the president-elect is Deni Horton. .Claudia McCue will serve as treasurer, Dianne Waldron as secretary, ^nd Dan Lewis as an additional atlarge member of the board of directors.
; Also serving with the officers .and Mr. Lewis on the gallery’s board are Anne Furtick, Walter Day, John .Dobricky, Guy Ross and Nancy (Freeman. Margie White will attend the board’s meetings and serve as a liasion between the gallery and RAAC, the organization announced.
The gallery is beginning several new projects, including the search for a part-time administrative director. The job entails overseeing the gallery’s daily activities, increasing promotion and attendance, broadening its financial support and marketing. According to the search committee, candidates should have some writing skill, knowledge of management and organization, experience with volunteer organizations and familiarity with the art
