Rappahannock’s next game is April 4 at Page County. “It should be tough. They have a good team and have always taken their baseball seriously,” said Coach Leake.
The Panthers first home contest is Friday, April 7 against George Mason. “That should be a real interesting game, because we’ll be playing without our seniors who are going on the Senior Trip. So in a sense it will be three returning players and a jayvee squad against their varsity. Julian Groves will be on the mound and if he has control we should be okay,” Coach Leake said.
