Old Dominion Point-to-Point

Old Dominion Hunt Point-to-Point race will be held on Saturday, April 8 at the Ben Venue race course, 16 miles west of Warrenton on Rt. 211. The pair race starts at 10 a.m. with the first race off at 12:30. Admission is $5 and children under 12 are admitted free. For additional information call 364-2339 or 347-0603.

NSDAR to meet

The Culpeper Minute Men Chapter, N.S.D. A.R. will meet in Culpeper United Methodist Church on April 11 at 1:30 p.m., Mrs. Douglas Fairfax presiding. The program, “Banners and Flags,” will be presented by Mrs. William J. Nenner. Hostesses are Mrs. J.H. White and Mrs. William J. Nenner.

Democratic Caucus to meet

The Democratic Caucus will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, April 8 at the Courthouse for the purpose of electing delegates and alternates to the State, 7th District and 31st Legislative District Conventions. Any Democrat registered to vote in Rappahannock County may participate. Be early. Doors will be closed promptly at 12 noon.
