The first Fodderstack Classic,
a six-mile foot race open to anyone interested in running, is scheduled for Saturday, April 21 from Flint Hill to Washington, Va. by way of Fodderstack Road. The race, sponsored by the Rappahannock Recreation Center, is geared not only for the serious runner, but for those who run just for fun.
Story Hour at Rappahannock Library is held from 10:30 to 11:30 Saturday morning for children ages 3 to 7. Parents are invited to bring their children for the readings.
