Page Moffett, 1966 graduate

of Rappahannock County High School, now in the third year at the University of Virginia, has been elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Phi Beta Kappa, founded at the College of William and Mary in 1776, is the oldest Greek letter society of the American colleges, and membership is conferred on students of high scholastic standing in the upper classes. Page Moffett is the son of Judge and Mrs. William F. Moffett Jr. of Washington, Va.

The Rappahannock County Elementary School PTA will meet Tuesday, April 15 at 7:30 p.m. in the school auditorium. Mrs. Edward Clark, Program Chairman, announces Mr. Paul St. Clair has arranged for two policemen from the Fairfax County Intelligence Squad to talk on “Narcotics.” There will also be a Film and display of narcotics. This is a timely subject and all concerned persons should attend. Refreshments will be served following the program.
