Next William Senkewitz said he wanted to comment on the school budget. He asked if the school system had considered charging a fee for student and teacher parking. “I don’t mind paying for good education, but I’ve heard a lot about public education here, and plainly it stinks.”
Col. Ellis Bingham of Jackson District said, “Five or six years ago you were correct, but from what I've seen we're coming up rapidly.”
“I take offense at what he says concerning our school system. I think it’s way out of line." said Hampton District Supervisor Mike Massie.
