The movie Clean and Sober will be playing at the Gay Street Theater on Friday, April 7 and Sunday, April 9 at 7:30 p.m. each evening. The movie stars Michael Keaton and Morgan Freeman. Keaton gives a tour-de-force performance as a young wheeler-dealer whose dependency on drugs and alcohol is ruining his life. Seeking temporary asylum from his problems, he enrolls in a chemical-dependancy center where he discovers the immediate physical pains of drug withdrawal are easier to cope with than the emotional and psychological changes that are taking place in his life. The movie is rated R. Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for children.
