He said he has already sent copies of the drawings and photos of the existing structure to John Wells, an architectural historian with the Division of Historic Landmarks of the Virginia Department of Conservation and Historic Resources. Mr. Wells was also brought to Washington by the ARB as a consultant on The Meadows last month.
