fill vacancy
One pressing item on the Washington Town Council’s agenda next Wednesday is the election of a successor to former Councilman Nan Thomasson, who resigned in March.
She moved out of town, and both she and her husband Jim, who served on the town’s Architectural Review Board, resigned. Mr. Thomasson has been replaced by Rob Parrish on the ARB.
