To the editor:
We are residents of Rappahnnock County who are concerned about the well-being of our animals in this county. We are trying to organize a group of people who are interested in succeeding in several things:
(1) To initiate the “start” of a group to help cats, dogs, horses, or any domestic animal in anyway we can.
(2) We would like to see several things accomplished such as establishment and proper management of a kennel for the animals of Rappahannock County.
(3) An effective way to advertise lost and found animals, and animals
