Fashion show at Piedmont

"Springtime in the Country" is the theme of this year's annual fashion show of the Tailoring Department of Piedmont Technical education Center. It will he shown to the public, free of charge, on May 11 at 7:20 p.m. at the school on Rt. Id south of Culpeper. Fveryone is I welcome.

Children's festival at RCES

An Artwork Children's Festival will he held on Saturday. May hi from 12-4 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Klementary School in the gym. This exhibition will include student art with hands-on mini craft workshop for kids and grown-ups and an ice cream bar. "This would he a great treat for Mom on Mother's Day." said an organizer. The public is invited.

'Picnic at Hanging Rock'

The movie Picnic of Hiuu/iiuj Pock will be playing at the Gay Street Theater on Friday. May d and Sunday. May 7 at 8 p.m. each evening. The movie stars Rachel Roberts, Anne Lambert and Dominic Guard. Three girls and their chaperone mysteriously disappear at Australia’s Hanging Rock. As Director Weir probes the puzzle, he dissects the stilling repression of Victorian Australia.
