Mrs. Neal was a member of the following organizations: The McDowell County Retired Teachers Association, the National Retired Teachers Association, Zeta Rhi Beta sorority, Bluefield State Ulimni Association, a subscribing life member of the NAACP, Mount Laurel Homemakers and the Golden Age Senior Citizens of Welch.

She was preceaded in death by her husband Robert Lacy Wills and one daughter Mary Louise Hargrove.

Surviving are one grandson, Avery 0. Wills, Arlington; three nephews, Harry Neal, W'elch, West Va., John H. Neal, Roanoke and Howard Franklin, Wilmington, Delaware;

five nieces, Christine Williams, Welch, West Va., Imo Gene Trapp, Hartford, Conn., Betty Mills and Margaret Neal, Pa. and Dorothy Butler, Sperryville; and a host of great-nephews and great-nieces.

Funeral services were held at St. James Baptist Church, Welch on April 29 with the Rev. George Masterson officiating. Interment was in Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Bluewell, West Va.
