State Senator Kevin G. Miller (R-26th) of Harrisonburg attended the American Legislative Exchange Council’s 1989 Presidential and Cabinet Briefing for. State Legislators in Washington, D.C. on April 28.
Sen. Miller, who represents Rappahannock County, was one of 150 state legislators from across the country selected to participate in the day-long briefing, highlighted by an address by President George Bush.
