The workers at the Town Centre Ames took matters into their own hands last week and began a petition drive aimed at saving their store, which they say has made a remarkable turn around and makes money for the company.
Store manager Sandy Porubsky said she has been told that the store has improved it profitability.
"That’s what I’ve been told. I got here at the end of July and this store was pretty bad,” she said.
