Leo Bowen
Leo Marion Bowen, 79, of Amissville, died Monday, Nov. 9 at his residence.
Mr. Bowen was born May 30, 1913 in Rappahannock County, the son of the late Oakley Homer and Elizabeth Atkins Bowen. He was a laborer in fanning and building.
Survivors include five sisters, Mabel McClanahan and Mildred Frazier, both of Warrenton, Magdalene Dwyer of Sperryville, Fannie Clatterbuck of Bealeton and Edna Canard of Amissville and two brothers, Sam Bowen and Jack Bowen, both of Martinsburg, W.Va.
Funeral services will be held at 2 f>.m. Thursday, Nov. 12 at Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memory Cardens in Jeffersonton.
